matter what therapy is used, from diet to herbs, John uses his vast experience
as a Pharmacist to ensure that the client can safely continue with any
prescription or other medicine they may be taking.
Dietary
Counselling – addresses what, why, how and when you eat.
This may include:
- weight loss, detoxification and longevity diets
- dietary suggestions to address illness or nutrient deficiencies
- identifying potential food intolerances
- eating to your constitutional type
Lifestyle
Counselling – addresses other factors which may affect your
well-being including:
- exercise
- stress management
- environmental pollutants
- breathing techniques
Phytotherapy – (Herbal Medicine) uses remedies derived from plants
to improve the functioning of body systems, for example the
digestive system, or body organs like the liver.
Nutritional
Supplements – uses nutrients in supplement form (where
dietary sources are inadequate) to:
- correct nutritional deficiencies
- improve bodily function
- assist detoxification, repair and renewal processes
Nutraceuticals – uses high dose nutrients that have the capacity to act like
pharmaceutical drugs and affect bodily processes but with a vastly better
safety profile.
Mineral
Therapy – this uses low dose preparations of minerals known as
Tissue Salts or Celloids to address specific conditions.
Aromatherapy – this uses essential oils which are either inhaled or applied
externally to affect mood or treat certain illnesses.
